mimo.ooo (operated by VRDystrybucja Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland) is an AI video ads production studio that operates an AI-powered platform supporting brand communication.

When you connect your social media accounts to the mimo.ooo platform, we collect:

• Account identifiers (user ID, page ID, ad account ID)
• Access tokens required to operate the integration
• Performance data from connected platforms (impressions, reach, clicks, spend, engagement metrics)
• Content metadata (post IDs, creative IDs, campaign IDs)
• Profile information provided during onboarding (name, business name, email address)

We do NOT collect or store:

• Passwords or login credentials
• Private messages or direct messages
• Personal data of your audience or followers

We use collected data exclusively to:

• Operate the mimo.ooo platform on your behalf
• Display analytics and performance dashboards
• Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Improve the platform and train internal models

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

The mimo.ooo platform integrates with the following platforms via their official APIs:

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
• LinkedIn
• TikTok
• Google (YouTube, Google Ads)
• Pinterest
• Snapchat
• X (Twitter)
• Reddit

Each platform has its own privacy policy. By connecting your accounts, you also agree to the respective platform terms of service.

• All data is stored in the European Union (Supabase EU infrastructure)
• Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256
• Data is isolated per client — no cross-client access
• We maintain audit logs of all data access operations

• Active integration data: retained while your account is active
• Analytics data: retained for 24 months
• After account termination: all data deleted within 30 days upon written request

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (see Data Deletion Policy)
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
